which is more evil ? letting people have hand guns or not letting them have them

i think it is more evil to let them have hand gun. if someone can give me a reason that handguns are used for i will give them money.

however some people use them to hunt or shoot for fun
1) if you hunt with a handgun you are basically retarded or one of those dumb people that are on the outdoors channel who like to get 15 feet from a grizzly bear and shoot it with a tiny gun. thus leading back to my point that they are retarded

2) if your life is so pathetic that you go and shoot at a beer can you need to use the gun to kill yourself...
